All services are provided to individuals without respect to race, gender, creed or religion.  Wherever appropriate, special considerations are given to the cultural backgrounds of ethnic groups.  In general WCPA, PA provides services to residents of Washington, Hancock, Penobscot and Piscataquis Counties.

In the case where an individual receiving services has multiple needs or diagnoses, every effort is made to address all issues within the treatment plan through consultation with involved professionals.  When appropriate services cannot be provided within WCPA, PA or through coordination with community professionals, referrals are made to the nearest appropriate resources.
