wCrisis Response offers a continuum of community based, crisis
  residential options for children and adults when natural supports
  are not an option and hospitalization is not warranted.  Services
  will range from in-home supports to a fixed residential site.

wIf you would benefit from meeting face-to-face with crisis workers,
  they are available to come to you where the crisis is occurring, with
  consideration given to the safety of the consumer, family, crisis worker,
  and the community.

 

  
 
              
  wPhone Help will connect you with a telephone crisis worker who will
  listen to your situation and work with you to find solutions.  They will
  explore how your own resources, like family, friends, and other service
  providers, can work together to find alternatives to hospitalization.
